Obituary of Dennis Lee Reeves
Dennis Lee Reeves, 73, of Muscatine, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2019 at his home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services. Graveside services will be 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established at the funeral home in Dennis’ name. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.lewisfuneralhomes.com.
Dennis Lee Reeves was born on May 7, 1946 in Muscatine the son of Orville and Edith (Greer) Reeves. Dennis retired from Hon Industries-Geneva Plant where he was a welder. He enjoyed NASCAR and spending time with family and friends.
Dennis will be deeply missed by his daughters, Dottie A. Calvert and Dee L. (Jim) Cunningham; his granddaughters, Jennifer (Jeremy) Green, LeeAnn Rockwood, Angela Morgan, Kayla Delmater and Michelle Delmater; great-grandchildren, William Green, Riley Green, Alyssa Delmater, Jakob Carter, Braelyn Morgan and Serinity Rockwood.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Christine Reeves and his infant brother, Gary.
