Obituary of Sandra R. Morris-Chapman

Sandra R. Morris-Chapman, 70, of Muscatine, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at her home.  Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 16, 2019, at the Muscatine Baptist Church.  Interment will be in Klein Cemetery.   Following the interment, a time of food and fellowship will be held at the Muscatine Baptist Church. Visitation for Sandra will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services. Sandra Rae Nolan was born on May 26, 1949 in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter of Christopher Mark and Dorothy Mae (McConnaha) Nolan.  Sandra had been united in marriage to Byron Nichols and later divorced.  She later married Bill Morris and later divorced.  On July 27, 1995, Sandra was united in marriage to Roger Chapman in Muscatine.  She was a member of the Muscatine Baptist Chapel and enjoyed dancing, going to casinos, yard sales, flee markets and singing karaoke. 

Sandra will be deeply missed by her husband, Roger of Muscatine; daughter, Brenda Mae (Lloyd) Ward of Apache, Oklahoma; son, Brian (Pamela) Nichols of Muscatine; grandchildren, Gary Osborn Jr., Brooklyn Dawn Bierman and Jesse James Halter; great grandchildren, Nadaline Osborn, Micky Bierman Jr., Mickayla Bierman, Bailey Osborn, Caleb Halter and Gage Osborn; and siblings, Chris Nolan of Quincy, Illinois, Sharon (Lewis) Scherbaum of Cedar Rapids, Raymond Jackson and Leroy (Wanda) Jackson all of Muscatine and Lois (Bear) James of Oakville.   

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents.
