Obituary of Paul Edward Haley

Paul Edward Haley, 77, of Muscatine, Iowa, died Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Colonial Manor, Columbus Junction, Iowa. Cremation rites have been facilitated by the FCS Life Transition and Cremation Center located within Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery. No services have been planned. Inurnment will be at a later date. A memorial has been established at the funeral home in Paul’s name. Paul Edward Haley was born April 9, 1939 in Muscatine to Acy and Leora (Welsch) Haley. Paul proudly served in the United States Army. He then work as a security guard for several years, and delivered newspapers for several years. Paul enjoyed cars and his Harley. Paul is survived by his two nieces; seven nephews; and sister-in-law, Mary Haley. Paul was preceded in death by his parents; a brother; and an uncle.
