Obituary of Roy Allen Seefeldt
Roy Allen Seefeldt, 64, of Muscatine, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017 at his home. Cremation rites have been facilitated by the FCS Life Transition and Cremation Center. A Celebration of Life for Roy will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 20, 2017 at his sister, Ann’s home, 803 Liberty Street, Muscatine. A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home Roy’s name. Roy Allen Seefeldt was born on January 7, 1953, in Rock Island, Illinois to Walter, Jr. and Betty (Laschanzky) Seefeldt. Roy had worked as a specialist for Bandag for over 28 years and drove truck for Illowa Construction in Blue Grass for over 15 years. He enjoyed playing cards, hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.
Roy will be missed by his siblings, Steve (Jean) Seefeldt, Walt Seefeldt, Wayne (Linda) Seefeldt, Mark (Kathy) Seefeldt, Ann (Larry) Hurlbut, Jeff Seefeldt and Lori Bean, all of Muscatine and several nieces and nephews.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents and one brother, David Seefeldt.
