Obituary of Jean Dixon Conley
Jean Dixon Conley, 80, of Muscatine, passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Lutheran Living Senior Center. Funeral service will be held at a later date. Visitation for Jean will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Muscatine. Jean Dixon Anderson was born on May 18, 1937, in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of John P. and Florence A. (Dieffenderfer) Anderson. On November 16, 1957, Jean was united in marriage to Albert D. Conley in Manhattan, NY, he later passed away on November 10, 1986. Jean worked for many years in the managing department of CDS. Jean enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Jean will be deeply missed by her children, Wayne (Christine) Conley of Muscatine, Brian (Nikki Watkins) Conley of Muscatine and Bonnie (Dave) Morris of Georgia; eight grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, John (Lorraine) Anderson of Virginia Beach, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents; two siblings Robert Anderson and Barbara Medwid.
