Obituary of Raeanna Michelle Reynolds

Raeanna “Anna” M. Reynolds, 14, of Muscatine, passed away on August 16, 2017 at Trinity Hospital, Muscatine.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 10:30 A.M. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services.  Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.  A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Raeanna’s name.  Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.lewisfuneralhomes.com. 

Raeanna Michelle Reynolds was born on July 21, 2003 in Muscatine, the daughter of Nicole Reynolds.  Raeanna attended Muscatine Schools and was always very involved with many activities.  Some of her interests included, music, drama, drawing, learning the guitar and chorus. Raeanna loved the arts and entertainment and was seldom seen without her headphones.  She also participated in student council, TAG, math count, basketball and swimming.

Raeanna will be deeply missed by her mother, Nicole Reynolds of Muscatine; biological father, Justin Twitty; grandparents, Ted Sr. and Kim Reynolds of Columbus Junction; grandma-great, Beatrice Calvelage of Columbus Junction; special parents, Chris and Carrie Gerdts; sister, Taelyn Reynolds-Clester of Muscatine; special sister, Madisyn Gerdts; brothers, Jordan Twitty of Wilton and Dakota Twitty of Davenport; sister, Kennedy Twitty of Muscatine; one sibling on the way; step brother, Bentley; step sister, Madison; uncles, Shaun Reynolds of Alabama and Teddy Reynolds, Jr. of Wilton; and cousins, Dodge Reynolds and Dayton Truesdale. 

Raeanna was preceded in death by her grandpa-great, Donald Calvelage.
