Obituary of Joyce Ann Jasper
Joyce Ann Jasper, 74, of Muscatine, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Trinity Hospital in Bettendorf. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017, at 11:00 A.M. at the Sycamore Baptist Church. Interment will be in Island Cemetery. Following the interment, a time of food and fellowship will be held at church. Visitation for Joyce will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the church. Joyce Ann Jasper was born on May 5, 1943, in Muscatine, Iowa the daughter of Daryl and Ida (Savage) Larue. On May 17, 1968, Joyce was united in marriage to James L. Jasper in Muscatine. Joyce was a member of Sycamore Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, ceramics, puzzles and watching TV.
Joyce will be deeply missed by her son, Michael Jasper of Letts; one brother, Russ LaRue of Muscatine and friends, Sue Newman of Muscatine and Nellie Berry of Muscatine.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; four sisters and four brothers.
