Obituary of Shirley Martin

             Shirley Martin, 81, of Grandview, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2018 at McCreedy Home in Washington. A Celebration of Life will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Letts Community Center.   The Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services is caring for Shirley and her family.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.lewisfuneralhomes.com.

                Shirley Ann Martin was born on February 7, 1936, the daughter of William and Margaret (Cardwell) Martin.  Shirley was the owner of Smiley Cab Company. She enjoyed crocheting and was an avid Chicago Cubs Fan.

                   Shirley will be deeply missed by her nieces, Deborah Richardson of Letts and Patricia Stundahl of Austin, MN and half-sister, Carol Richardson of Wapello. 

                She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Carroll Martin; sister, Joyce Carpenter and nephew, Larry Carpenter.
