Dear Family and Friends of Ms. Johnson,
I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I know that losing a loved one is difficult. This is why death is called an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) You may find comfort in God's Word, which says that soon this “last enemy,” death, will be “brought to nothing.” Moreover, we can actually be reunited with our loved ones who have died because Jesus himself said that “the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his [Jesus’] voice and come out. . . to a resurrection of life.” (John 5:28, 29) Do you long for the time when you can see your dear loved one again? If so, please “pray incessantly” to the “God of all comfort” during your time of need and continue to look to His Word for comfort and hope. (1 Thessalonians 5:17; 2 Corinthians 1:3) Thank you for your time.
My Condolences,
Lisa Lien
