Obituary of Cecil Hershberger
Cecil Hershberger, 78, of Muscatine, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Pearl Valley Nursing and Rehab. Per Cecil’s wishes no services will be held. Cecil Gene Hershberger was born on July 2, 1939 in Wellman, Iowa, the son of Clyde and Ollie (Brenneman) Hershberger. Cecil graduated from Wellman High School. In 1958 he married, Letha Miller, they later divorced. In 1967 he married Phyllis Haley, they later divorced. Cecil was a truck driver and enjoyed motorcycles.
Cecil is survived by his children, Tina, Thomas and Timothy; siblings, Elaine Cole of West Liberty, Beatrice Knepp of Atfon, OK, Herb (Gladene) Hershberger of Wooster, OH, Larry (Marilyn) Hershberger of Wayland, IA and Linda (Sonny) Cole of Carthage, IL and many nieces and nephews.
Cecil was preceded in death by his parents and his second wife, Phyllis.
