Obituary of Nancy M. Lascelles

Nancy M. Lascelles, 69, of Muscatine, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018, at Davenport Lutheran Home.  Cremation rites have been facilitated by the FCS Life Transition and Cremation Center, located within Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, September 14, 2018 at 11:30A.M. at the Jesus Mission. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Nancy’s name.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.lewisfuneralhomes.com.  The Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services is caring for Nancy’s family and the arrangements.

Nancy Mae Lascelles was born on November 12, 1948, in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter of Frank H. and Margaret Violet (Wedekind) Lascelles.  She was a graduate of Cole R-V High School in Eugene, Missouri.  Nancy attended many churches in the Muscatine area and enjoyed talking with people about the Gospel, being in the outdoors looking at the scenery, watching Westerns and had a great love of animals.

Nancy will be missed by her brothers, Frank (Betsy) Catherine and Jack (Jodi) Lascelles, both of Muscatine and special friend, Becky Phillips of Muscatine.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Bill and Tom.
