Obituary of Gail Stelzner

Gail Stelzner, 63, of Muscatine, passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2018, at her home.  Cremation rites have been facilitated by the FCS Life Transition and Cremation Center.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2018, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services.  Private family burial will be in Grandview Cemetery at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established at the funeral home for the family in Gail’s name.  Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.lewisfuneralhomes.com.

Gail Bieri was born on May 29, 1955 in Burlington, Iowa, the daughter of Jack and Wilma (Davis) Bieri.  Gail was a 1973 graduate of L & M High School and attended Muscatine Community College.  She had worked as a software tester and trainer in Colorado.   She enjoyed ancestry and spending time with her grandchildren. 

Gail will be deeply missed by her children, Katie (Stacy) Williams of Muscatine, Ryan Stelzner of Colorado and Sam Stelzner of Fruitland; three grandchildren, Emily, Grace and Addison; siblings, Sandra Bieri of Florida, Scot (Angie) Bieri of Columbus Junction and David (Joni) Bieri of Letts and several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents.
