Obituary of David G. Ash
David G. Ash, 64, of Muscatine, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Unity Point Health Trinity Muscatine. Cremation rites have been facilitated by the FCS Life Transition and Cremation Center. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Greenwood Cemetery. David Glenn Ash was born on January 9, 1954 in Muscatine, Iowa the son of Orville and Elsie (Kendell) Ash. David was a graduate of Muscatine High School and had worked for Musco Lighting. He enjoyed playing his guitar, singing karaoke and collecting various things. He was an avid Johnny Cash fan.
David will be greatly missed by his fiancé, Charlotte Martin of Muscatine; siblings, Helen Thompson, Karen Kelly, Peggy Yerington, Don Ash, Charles Ash, Melvin Ash, Richard (Christine) Ash, Gerald (Nancy) Ash, and Robert (Karen) Ash, all of Muscatine and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Marvin Croson.
