Obituary of Howard Hammann
Howard D. Hammann, 87, of Muscatine, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Lutheran Living. Private family graveside services will be in Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery. Howard Daniel Hammann was born on April 17, 1931 in Muscatine County, the son of John Daniel and Alma M. (Idle) Hammann. Howard proudly served his country in the United States Marines from 1952 – 1954. After his discharge from the service, Howard was united in marriage to Evalena Mae Babcock on July 2, 1955 in Muscatine. He worked for the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier for many years.
Howard will be deeply missed by his wife, Evalena Muscatine and two brothers, Clarence Hammann of Wilton and Harold Hammann of Muscatine.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents.
