Obituary of Daniel E. Welker
Daniel E. Welker, 59, of Muscatine, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018, at his home in Muscatine. Cremation rites have been facilitated by the FCS Life Transition and Cremation Center located within Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be no visitation or funeral service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial funeral has been established at the funeral home in memory of Daniel. Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.lewisfuneralhomes.com. The Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services is caring for Daniel’s family and arrangements.
Daniel Eugene Welker was born on April 2, 1959, in Muscatine, Iowa the son of Darwin Earl and Evelyn W. (Thomas) Welker. He worked as a supervisor in injection molding. Daniel enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and bowling.
Daniel will be deeply missed by his mother, Evelyn Welker of Muscatine, son, Kyle Ryan Welker of Virginia and brother, Wayne Welker of Muscatine.
Daniel was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, father and several nieces and nephews.
