Obituary of Dayton Michael Meyers-Campbell

Dayton Michael Meyers-Campbell, 20, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 in Muscatine.  Cremation rites have been facilitated by the FCS Life Transition and Cremation Center. A celebration of Dayton’s life will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 12:00 – 4:00 P.M. at the Walnut Room located at 300 E. 2nd St., Muscatine, Iowa  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.lewisfuneralhomes.com. The Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services is caring for Dayton’s family and arrangements.

Dayton Michael Meyers Campbell was born in Muscatine on April 6th 1998. Dayton left this world December 18th 2018 but didn’t leave without touching the lives of every person he came in contact with. Dayton is described and will forever be described as a selfless man who gave you hugs that seemed to put any broken pieces you had right back together again. He was willing to help every person and animal in need. Dayton loved and cherished being with his family and friends, playing guitar, art, skateboarding, being an uncle and being the best daddy he could be.

 

Dayton’s legacy will be kept alive by his parents April Campbell and Alan Hutchison his two sisters Ashley Campbell and Alyson (Trae) Walden, his brother Denver Miller, his nieces Eleanor and Evelyn Walden, the mother of his child Nina Lopez and the light of his life his son Sebastian Campbell.

 

Dayton was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gary Dale Campbell.
