Paul Allen Hand, Jr., 55, of Muscatine, IA, originally from Summerville, SC passed away on Monday, April 1, 2019, at Premier Estates. No visitation or services will be held at this time. The Geo. M. Paul Allen Hand Jr. is preceded in death by his mother Suvall Diane Hall, one brother Ricky Wingo, and one sister Wanda Leigh Hand. Paul was born on March 26, 1964 in Key West, Florida, the son of Paul Allen Hand Sr. and Suvall Diane (Hall) Wingo-Hand. Paul served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp and had worked at Charleston Paint Masters in Charleston before moving to Muscatine working for Craftsman. He enjoyed being a mechanic, hunting, fishing, vegetable gardening, playing video games, grilling, spending time with his family, and was a member of the NRA.
Paul will be missed by his life partner, Jeanine Dunbar Lowman of Muscatine, IA; His daughter, Samantha Beverage and Son in Law Christopher Beverage, of Summerville, South Carolina; Grandsons Christopher and Nicholas of NC, step-son Timothy Bowen (Cathlene) of Moncks Corner, South Carolina; Grandsons Lelin and Jace Bowen and a granddaughter, Theresa Bowen all of Moncks Corner, SC; estranged wife Gloria Stevens of Hanahan, SC; Betty (Dennis) Dunbar his mother and father in-law of Muscatine, IA, His sister, Michelle Key (Mike) of James Island, South Carolina. Niece Melissa Hiott and Nephew Chris Hand of Polkville, NC; Step-daughters Shanna Lowman of Muscatine, IA; Kasi (Michael) Blanchard and their children of IL; Kate (Tim) Arndt; Grandson Sawyer of Muscatine, IA ; Sister in law Janelle Dunbar cedar rapids, IA ; Sister in law Jacie and Bill Voss of Wilton, IA ; Brother in law Jeff and Tammy Dunbar Fairfield, IA; and special friends Ron and Karen of Cottageville, SC.
Paul was a beloved father, dear friend and brother in arms to many and will truly be an amazing missed soul. Gone but NEVER Forgotten!
