Obituary of Glenn R. Fox

Glenn R. Fox, 61, of Muscatine, died Sunday, June 19, 2005, at Unity Hospital. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 23, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. Pastor John Brown of Fruitland Baptist Church will officiate. Casketbearers will be Larry Klavemann, Carry Sterner, Mike Mortenson, Joey Fogg, David Fogg and Mike Chelf. Honorary casketbearers are Chad Stalkfleet and Mike Fogg. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation for Glenn will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2005 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. A memorial has been established at the funeral home in Glenn�s name. Sympathy notes may be left for the Fox family at www.lewisfuneralhomes.com. The Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral & Cremation Services is caring for Glenn�s family and his service. Glenn Fox was born on July 18, 1943 in Waterloo, Iowa the son of Walter L. and Ruby L. Leonard Fox. On April 14, 1962 Glenn was united in marriage to Patricia A. Yeggy in Muscatine. He was formerly employed by Prime Mover, Musco Lighting and HWH. Glenn enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid NASCAR fan. Glenn will be deeply missed by his wife, Pat; his children, Terry L. Fox and Rick L. Fox both of Muscatine; four sisters, Norma Terrill of Muscatine, Frances Getz of Muscatine, Lois Pace and her husband, Ralph of Muscatine and Sharon Martin and her husband Phillip of Muscatine; one brother, Donald Fox and his wife, Yvonne of Muscatine; and his grandchildren, Brandon L. Plett, Coty Fox, Jacob Fox, Zach Thompson, Ambria Fox and Austin Fox all of Muscatine. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, James "Scott� Fox on July 29, 1985 and two brothers-in-law, George Terrill and Terry Getz.
