Obituary of Mary Kincaid
Mary Kincaid, 84, Muscatine, died Wednesday, July 27, 2005, at Unity Hospital, surrounded by her family.
The Reverend John P. Gallagher will officiate the services. Casket bearers are Mathew James, Jason James, Andrew Kincaid, Travis Kincaid, Shane Kincaid, Jacob Kincaid and Jeffery Swank. Honorary casket bearers are Christine McAnelly, Natalie Swank, Linda Kincaid, Carla James, Michelle Kincaid and Jamie Kincaid. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. After the burial, there will be a luncheon at Gannon Hall.

Mrs. Kincaid was born March 30, 1921, in Menlo, the daughter of Anthony L. and Eleanor Mae Bruce Weikert. She married William "Buck" Kincaid on Jan. 10, 1942, in Kahoka, Mo.
During her employment years, she worked for Frye Electric, Plamor Lanes, Montgomery Wards and Wonder Bread.
She was a member of Ss Mary and Mathias Parish, the Altar and Rosary Society, Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Joan of Arc No. 524 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
She graduated from Muscatine High School.
She was an avid bowler and Cubs fan. She loved spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids. She also loved bingo and gambling on the riverboats.
Survivors include a son, Anthony Kincaid and wife Linda of Muscatine; a daughter, Carole James of Muscatine; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a brother, Edward Weikert and wife Ann of Muscatine; a sister, Virginia Theunick and husband Bud of Evart, Mich.; and three sisters-in-law, Vera Smoot and Bernetta Kustus, both of Keokuk, and Margaret Weikert of Waterloo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a brother, Leo; and a grandson, Benjamin.
