Obituary of Dorothy Schuessler

Dorothy H. Schuessler of Muscatine died Thursday, Aug. 4, 2005, at Simpson Memorial Home, West Liberty. The Rev. Don Swanson will officiate the services. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Schuessler was born in Muscatine County, the daughter of Ben and Emma Giese Sindt. She married Raymond W. Schuessler on June 23, 1956, in Muscatine. He preceded her in death in 2000. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include a sister, Gertrude A. Schuessler of Muscatine; and a sister-in-law, Lucille Beatty of West Liberty; and 12 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a brother, Raymond Sindt; and a sister, Bernice Bierman.
