Obituary of Edward Kelly

Edward Charles Kelly, 47, of Charles City, formerly of Muscatine, died Tuesday, August 23, 2005, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, August 26, 2005, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. The Reverend John P. Gallagher of the Ss. Mary and Mathias Parish will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary�s Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Ed was born on June 1, 1958, in Muscatine, the son of Charles P. and Donna M. Strong Kelly. He was employed at All-States in Charles City. Ed attended Muscatine High School and later moved to Charles City. Survivors include three brothers, Carl J. Kelly and wife, Anita, Raymond Kelly, and Gene Kelly, all of Muscatine; two sisters, Sharon Schnedler and husband, Jeff, of Muscatine, and Diana Clash of Mountain Grove, Missouri; a special friend, Michelle Shean and her sons, Christopher and Matthew Shean, of Charles City; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
