Obituary of Gabriel D. Medina

Gabriel D. Medina, 32, of Wilton died Sunday, January 1, 2006 in Colorado due to a snowmobile accident at Rocky Mountain National Park. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 7, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services. Pastor Dan Schoepf of Calvary Church will officiate. Casketbearers will be Kane Anderson, Rob Carter, Nick Botello, Sabino Botello, Eric Garrett, David Botello, Dan Khanoyan and Scott McClassen. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation for Gabe will be held on Friday, January 6, 2006 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. A memorial has been established at the funeral home in Gabriel�s name. Sympathy notes may be left for the Medina family at www.lewisfuneralhomes.com. Gabriel David was born April 17, 1973 in Whittier, California the son of Gilbert and Jackie (Rawlston) Medina. On July 17, 2003 Gabe was united in marriage to Brenda Carter on the Virgin Islands. Gabe was employed at Allsteel in the shipping and receiving department. He enjoyed snowmobiling, fishing, golfing, the Chicago Bears, camping, boating, had a great love of the outdoors, sports and animals. Gabe will be deeply missed by his wife, Brenda of Wilton; one son, Kane Anderson of Wilton and his mother, Jackie Tasker of Muscatine He was preceded in death by his father.
