Obituary of Janet Arlene Keller

Janet A. Keller, 64, of Muscatine, died Sunday, August 7, 2005, at her home. Funeral services will be Thursday, August 11, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. Dr. Hal Green of Wesley United Methodist Church will officiate. Casketbearers will be Joshua Lueth, Buddy Lueth, Dereck Kraemer, Jacob Lueth, Jerry McMichaels, Doug Hinkhouse and Nathan Kirk. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Following the interment, a time of food and fellowship will be held at the Moose Lodge. Visitation for Janet will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2005 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home with a Women of the Moose services at 7:00 p.m. A memorial has been established at the funeral home in Janet�s name. Sympathy notes may be left for the Keller family at www.lewisfuneralhomes.com. The Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral & Cremation Services is caring for Janet�s family and her service. Janet Arlene Hughes was born August 5, 1941 in Muscatine, Iowa the daughter of Theodore Joseph and Irene Alberta McMichael Hughes. On June 13, 1997 Janet was united in marriage to Kent B. Keller in Muscatine, Iowa. Janet was a life-long resident of the Muscatine area and was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church, Women of the Moose, VFW Auxiliary and a past member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She was an avid fan of Elvis Presley and enjoyed spending time with her family. Janet will be deeply missed by her husband, Kent; five sons, Randy Lueth of Naples, Florida, Brian Lueth and his wife, Diane of Illinois City, Illinois, Scott Lueth of Naples, Florida, Norman "Kip� Bunn of Muscatine and Timm Bunn of Muscatine; two daughters, Lori Hepker and her husband, Gary of Muscatine and Angela Kirk of Muscatine; two stepdaughters, Amy Keeling and her husband, Dennis of Tennessee and Wendy Arenz and her husband, David of Texas; her mother, Irene Jackson of Muscatine; one sister, Evelyn Hinkhouse of Atalissa, Iowa; 14 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren and 1 step great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father one brother, Carl Hughes and one brother-in-law, Guy Hinkhouse.
